MWRealty offers a complete menu of services
to help you. Each service is available "à la
carte"—simply select the ones you
want.
•Basic MLS Listing for up to 180 days
= $175
You write the listing; you take the risk.
We give you the forms and we enter your truthful
data for you in the local MLS, which gets fed
into the national databases. Choose your own
remarks, features, and price. You complete
the forms, and we post the listing. (Features
such as virtual tours and multiple photos available
at extra cost.) For an extra $175, we'll
also list your home on the Washington, D.C.
regional MLS system. Revisions are extra, and
any mistakes or penalties assessed for your
mistakes are guaranteed by you.
•Assisted MLS Listing for up to 180
days = $500
We interview you, view the house with you,
and write your listing for you. Listed on all
internet sites with MLS content. You complete
the forms, and we post the listing. Limited
revisions included. (Features such as virtual
tours and multiple photos available at extra
cost.)
•Rent a Lawn Sign = $300, Plus $50/mo.
and $40 per Call Referred
Classy, white carriage post. Real, brokerage-labelled
lawn sign to let neighbors, drive-bys, and
visitors know your home is available. This
is no cardboard "Sale by Owner" sign. Make
it look like you have an Agent to represent
you. Our phone number and web site is on the
sign. We refer the calls to you daily by email
or telephone message.
•Brochure Design and Printing = $2,500
We take the photos and/or use your photos.
We write the copy or help you write it. We
produce rich, solid ink, color, trifold brochures
on two-sided Hammermill® Color Copy
Gloss 32 lb stock. 250 copies included. Extra
units of 250 @ $500 per unit. Bulk mailing
services available at extra cost.
•Web Design and Hosting = $2,500
We take the photos and/or use your photos.
We write the copy or help you write it. We
produce a custom made web site for your home
on our template and host it at our commercial
servers. (Features such as virtual tours
and multiple photos available at extra costs.)
Combine this with a custom brochure and save
$1,000 on the combination.
•We'll Be There = Priceless
We still think you'll make an average of 16%
more if you hire a Realtor®. If you come
to agree with us and hire us as your Realtor®,
we'll refund half your à la carte fee-for-service
fees (excluding add-ons) in cash from our commission
at settlement.
